We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.
All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.
Damage Product Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for damaged products, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage
- Exchange is applicable only for manufacturing or transit damage
- No exchange for physical damage caused after delivery or misuse
Once verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
- No cancellation after order confirmation
- No refunds under any circumstances
- No exchange for wrong orders placed by the customer
- No exchange without proper proof (unboxing video/photos)
